Having studied specialist paint finishes and interior design, David started his own business in 1994 as an interiors specialist. Carrying out these works he gained further experience working and training with his father in law’s building company. The next 20 plus years led David onto a succession of greater projects to get where he is today.
When not working he enjoys spending time with his family. Originally a fast bowler, now an ageing all-rounder - on most Sundays throughout the summer, he will be found in the Dulwich area captaining his Streatham and Marlborough Cricket Club 2nd XI team.
Other passions include spending time in the mountains – ideally skiing, enjoying music and checking out contemporary art.

We are proud to be represented by the Federation of Master Builders and also have successfully been accredited Trustmark status. This is the only government approved scheme in the UK. It requires the company’s work and practices to be inspected and audited on a regular basis to ensure quality and reliability. In addition to the standard insurances we also carry £5,000,000 in public liability insurance, £10,000,000 employer’s liability cover; plus we are comprehensively insured for contract works and design indemnity.

In 2017 David attended a celebratory dinner at the Oval - home of Surrey County Cricket Club where he was nominated for and subsequently presented with the ‘Outstanding Service to Cricket Award’.
The ECB subsequently invited him to a ceremony at Lords; where he was thrilled to have Stuart Broad and Eoin Morgan present him with the National Runner Up Award. (Programme entry below).
“Since being asked to manage the project after the club was selected as a NatWest CricketForce showcase club, what David has done surpassed all expectations. David produced a 30-page project plan and through his contacts, some arm twisting and negotiating, arranged for all materials on the day. What’s more, he donated three weeks of his time to the project and continues to do so at the expense of managing his own firm. With over 100 volunteers working on projects from painting and decorating to creating new terraces, he has helped galvanise a club that is working towards major redevelopment with renewed vigour.”
