Working with the architect and the engineer ; we structurally reconfigured this derelict basement flat The entire property needed stripping back to the bare brick of the walls and earth sub-floor ready for waterproof tanking.

New water and electricity utility supplies were brought in. A full rewire and new mechanical installation was required prior to the total refurbishment.

Engaging closely with a focused client’s interior design brief, we transformed the property into this luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury home.
